Our Transparent Call-Out Rates

 

We provide a simple, upfront pricing structure for all call-out and investigative work. To keep our prices fair, we use a zonal model based on travel time from our Plymouth base.

 

Standard Hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm)

 

• Zone 1 (Local): £120.00 (First Hour)

• Zone 2 (Extended): £140.00 (First Hour)

• Zone 3 (Remote): £160.00 (First Hour)

• Subsequent Rate (All Zones): £40.00 per hour (billed in 30-min blocks)

 

Out-of-Hours / Emergency

 

• Zone 1 (Local): £180.00 (First Hour)

• Zone 2 (Extended): £200.00 (First Hour)

• Zone 3 (Remote): £220.00 (First Hour)

• Subsequent Rate (All Zones): £60.00 per hour (billed in 30-min blocks)

• Zone 1 (Local): PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5, PL6, PL7, PL9

• Zone 2 (Extended): PL8, PL10, PL11, PL12, PL19, PL20, PL21

• Zone 3 (Remote): PL13, PL14, PL15, PL17, TQ7, TQ8 (Please call for other remote postcodes)

 

Important Information (Our Pricing Explained)

 

• VAT: All prices listed above are subject to VAT at the current rate of 20%.

• Minimum Charge: The "First Hour Charge" for your zone is our minimum charge for any call-out.

• Billing Increments: After the first hour, we charge in 30-minute blocks.

• Materials: The prices listed are for labour only. Any materials required will be charged in addition, but our engineer will always discuss these with you and get your approval first.

• Fixed-Price Quotes: This schedule is for call-out and investigative work. For larger, planned projects (like a new bathroom or a rewire), we will provide a separate, free, fixed-price quotation.
